Sources in the Palestinian Authority reported that on the night of May 27, Israeli military forces operated in Hebron and its surroundings (as-Samu, Beit Ummar), as well as near Jenin (Burqin and Kafr Dan).
PA sources reported armed clashes in Kafr Dan, west of Jenin, between Israeli troops and Al-Quds Brigades, the armed wing of Palestinian Islamic Jihad. Explosions were heard, and locals reported several vehicles destroyed by the Israeli military.
There are no official reports of IDF casualties in Judea and Samaria.
Suspects have been detained. However, the total number of Palestinians arrested on suspicion of terrorist activities is unknown.
The IDF has not yet commented on the events in Judea and Samaria on the night of May 27.
In addition, there were reports of overnight marches "in support of Rafah" near Ramallah, Jenin, and Tulkarm.
In Hizma, IDF bulldozers demolished two illegally constructed "commercial kiosks."
Clashes continue in Kafr Dan, west of Jenin, with suspects detained.
