Three IDF soldiers were killed in a battle in the southern Gaza Strip. The names of the deceased have been announced:
Senior Sergeant Amir Galilov, 20, from Shimshit, a fighter with the 50th Battalion of the Nahal Brigade
Staff Sergeant Uri Bar Or, 21, from Midreshet Ben-Gurion, a fighter with the 50th Battalion of the Nahal Brigade
Staff Sergeant Ido Appel, 21, from Tzofar, a fighter with the 50th Battalion of the Nahal Brigade
In the same battle, an officer and two soldiers from the 50th Battalion of the Nahal Brigade were seriously wounded.
On May 28, in a battle in the northern Gaza Strip, an officer and a soldier from the 614th Battalion of the School of Engineering Troops were seriously wounded.
In another battle in the southern Gaza Strip, a fighter from the engineering special forces unit "Yahalom" was seriously wounded.
Additionally, another fighter was seriously wounded in northern Gaza.
