Senior Sergeant Yedidia Azugi, 21, from the village of Revava and a fighter in the 101st Battalion of the Tzanhanim Brigade, was killed in a battle in the northern Gaza Strip. Another member of the 101st Battalion was also seriously wounded in this battle.
In a battle in the southern Gaza Strip, two soldiers from the 601st Battalion of the 401st Brigade were seriously wounded.
In a car attack near Nablus, two soldiers were killed: Staff Sergeant Eliya Hillel, 20, from Tel Zion, and Staff Sergeant Diego Shvisha Harsa, 20, from Tel Aviv. Both served in the 90th Nachshon Battalion of the Kfir Brigade.
