The IDF has completed an operation in eastern Jabalia in northern Gaza involving the 7th Brigade, the 460th Brigade, and Paratroopers Brigades under the 98th Division.
During the battles in this area, hundreds of militants from terrorist organizations were eliminated, and significant terrorist infrastructure was destroyed. The operation resulted in the confiscation or destruction of hundreds of weapons, including rocket launchers, ammunition, and explosive devices. In addition, some 10 kilometers of underground tunnels were demolished, where weapons and documents were found.
Israeli forces discovered the remains of seven hostages who had been killed by terrorists in eastern Jabalia and returned them to Israel for burial.
Over 200 airstrikes were carried out against targets in eastern Jabalia.
