On the night of June 2, the IDF continued operations in the Gaza Strip, with information about the nighttime combat operations coming only from sources within Gaza.
The IDF conducted strikes on targets across the north, center, and south of the Gaza Strip, with c In the northern sector, the IDF Air Force struck residential buildings in both the Ad-Daraj area and Zeitoun in Gaza City, resulting in casualties and injuries.
In the central sector, IDF artillery and armored units targeted areas east of Al-Maghazi and Al-Bureij. Gaza sources also reported fighting and shelling in the Netzarim axis area. Additionally, several houses were demolished in the Al-Mughraqa area, and artillery shelling occurred in Al-Bureij and northern Nuseirat.
In the southern sector, IDF helicopters shelled targets in the center of Rafah. At the same time, the Air Force struck targets in the Brazil area of southern Rafah and the Al-Qarara area in Khan Younis. The IDF Navy also shelled targets near the Mawasi area in Khan Younis.
The IDF has not yet provided comments on the combat operations in Gaza on June 2.
