The IDF, Shin Bet, and MAGAV conducted a 13-hour anti-terror operation in Jenin, eliminating two militants and detaining several suspects for terrorist activities. This marks the second operation in the area this week.

According to the IDF Spokesperson's Unit, the operation involved Duvdevan special forces, Haruv reconnaissance battalion, and MAGAV, supported by intelligence from Shin Bet.

Clashes with armed militants occurred, leading to the detention of suspects and the discovery of mined routes by engineering units.

Using "pressure cooker" tactics, the IDF gradually intensified attacks on the militant hideouts. A handheld anti-tank grenade launcher was used to target the building, resulting in the elimination of two senior militants.

During the operation, one IDF soldier sustained minor injuries and was hospitalized.
