The IDF says it has eliminated a Hamas 'engineer' in Gaza. Video footage shows the strike on Hamas headquarters targeting Muhammad Salah, who was responsible for the development of strategic weapons for Hamas.
IDF's 99th and 162nd divisions, supported by the Air Force and Navy, continue ground operations in Gaza.
The 99th division is active in the central Gaza sector. Several militants, including those targeted by UAVs, were eliminated in the past 24 hours.
The 162nd division operates in Rafah. Significant weaponry and launch installations were discovered and destroyed near Tel al-Sultan in recent days.
In addition, IDF troops killed a number of gunmen and destroyed tunnel shafts in the Rafah area.
