Highway 4 was blocked to traffic by protesters opposing the conscription of ultra-religious youth. The demonstrators obstructed the road near the Givat Shmuel interchange, commonly known as the Coca-Cola Bridge.
Police are currently on-site working to clear the protesters from the roadway. They are also directing traffic to alternative routes to manage the situation.
