High Court gives state one month to explain absence of state inquiry for October 7 failures
On Friday, the High Court of Justice ordered the state to explain by July 28 why it hasn't yet formed a state commission of inquiry into the failures of October 7.
This appeal was submitted by the civil society movement Darkenu, which includes parents of hostages and parents whose children were killed during the sudden attack on southern Israeli settlements and the Nova festival near Re'im.
