German publication Bild, citing "diplomatic sources," reports that the IDF has set a time to begin a ground operation in Lebanon.
According to Bild, this could occur in the latter half of July.
Western diplomats indicate that Israel is preparing for a worst-case scenario: if Hezbollah continues to shell Israeli territory, a ground operation could commence in the third or fourth week of July.
