Chief of General Staff in Gaza: 'IDF has enough patience to complete its mission'
Chief of General Staff Major General Herzi Halevi visited logistics corps positions near the Kerem Shalom crossing and the logistics center in the Gaza Strip.
During a conversation with soldiers, Herzi Halevi stated that around 900 militants, including commanders, had been eliminated in the Rafah area.
He noted that in recent weeks, the IDF's main efforts have been focused on destroying terrorist infrastructure both above and below ground.
"This takes time. It's a long campaign, and we do not want to leave any terrorist infrastructure in Rafah, either above ground or underground," he said, adding that the IDF has enough patience and perseverance to complete its mission.
