While monitoring the border area of Lebanon, IDF soldiers detected a terrorist entering a building used for military purposes in the village of Yarine in southern Lebanon. Shortly after, IDF fighter jets carried out an airstrike on the building.
At 5:00 PM and 5:30 PM, 15 rocket launches from Lebanese territory were recorded, with 10 rockets successfully intercepted by air defense systems, resulting in no injuries.
Hezbollah claimed responsibility for the attack, stating that 30 rockets had been fired.
