The IDF has announced the names of two soldiers killed in action in central Gaza:
Reserve Sergeant Major Nadav Elhanan Cohen, 30, from Jerusalem, of the 121st Battalion, 8th Brigade.
Reserve Major Eyal Avnion, 25, from Hod Hasharon, an officer in the 121st Battalion, 8th Brigade.
Another soldier from the 121st Battalion, 8th Brigade, was seriously wounded in the same battle. Additionally, a soldier from the 52nd Battalion, 401st Brigade, was seriously wounded in fighting in southern Gaza.
