The IDF reported an incident following the demolition of illegal structures at the Givat Oz-Zion outpost.
Earlier, officers from Israel Border Police teams and Civil Administration forces arrived at the Oz Zion settler outpost in the West Bank to demolish illegal structures at the outpost. After the security forces left the outpost, Israelis, with their faces covered by masks, attacked the car of a Civil Administration officer holding the rank of lieutenant colonel.
Additionally, a Molotov cocktail was thrown from Oz-Zion towards a military vehicle," the army stated.
Chief of General Staff Herzi Halevi called the incident "serious." He promised that those involved in the attack on security personnel would be brought to justice.
