The terrorist responsible for the attack at the Karmiel shopping center is suspected to be an Israeli citizen from the nearby Arab village of Nahf.
Two young people were stabbed in the attack, one critically and the other seriously injured.
The terrorist, whose name has not yet been released, was shot dead by a soldier inside the shopping center minutes after the attack.
Police are reportedly searching the terrorist's home in Nahf.
