Master Sgt. (res.) Valeri Chefonov, 33, was killed in yesterday's Hezbollah explosive-laden drone attack in northern Israel near Kibbutz Kabri, the military says.
Chefonov served as the vehicle management officer of the 228th "Alon" Brigade's 9308th Battalion from Netanya.
Valery Chefonov's funeral will took place in the morning at the cemetery in Netanya.
Three hundred twenty-six soldiers have died on various fronts since the start of the ground operation on October 27, 2023.
