IDF conducts raids in West Bank near Jenin, Ramallah, and Tulkarm

The IDF continued operations in the West Bank on the night of July 14 to prevent new terrorist attacks and to detain or neutralize members of terrorist organizations.

Sources in the Palestinian Authority reported that Israeli forces operated in Ya'bad, west of Jenin; in Al-Bireh and Budrus, near Ramallah; in Anabta, east of Tulkarm; in Aqabat Jaber, south of Jericho; and Beit Ummar, north of Hebron.

PA sources mentioned that in the village of Al-Mazra'a ash-Sharqiya near Ramallah, Israeli special forces detained the brother and sister of Nimr Hamaida, who was killed on July 13 in Gaza.

Clashes took place, with the Palestinian side reporting one injury.

There were no official reports of injuries among Israeli soldiers in the West Bank during the previous night.

Suspects have been detained, with the total number of those arrested for suspected terrorist activities is to follow.

The IDF has not yet commented on the events in Judea and Samaria that took place on the night of July 14.

Border police operated in Shuafat and Issawiya in northern Jerusalem.

In Jenin, militants from terrorist groups held a march "in support of Gaza," with the IDF not intervening.

PA sources reported that IDF forces were deployed near the northern checkpoint in Qalqilya, but there were no reports of military actions inside Qalqilya.
