IDF strikes terrorists at UNRWA school in Nuseirat

Based on intelligence gathered by the Shin Bet and the Aman military intelligence agency, the Israel Defense Forces conducted airstrikes targeting terrorists operating at the Abu Ariban school, a facility belonging to the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA).

The school building, located in Nuseirat, was used by terrorists as a hideout and operational base for planning and executing attacks against Israeli forces.

Prior to the strike, precautions were taken to minimize civilian casualties, including the use of precise targeting and additional intelligence.

The IDF Spokesperson's Office underscores that Hamas systematically violates international law by using civilian institutions and populations as human shields.
