The Shamir Medical Center in Be'er Ya'akov reported that two soldiers injured in the car-ramming attack near Tzrifin yesterday were discharged from the hospital.

At the same time, two soldiers who were seriously injured remain hospitalized.

As previously reported, the car-ramming attack near the Nir Tzvi junction resulted in injuries to several soldiers. A senior officer and an IDF soldier sustained severe injuries, another soldier was moderately injured, and an officer cadet was lightly hurt.

The attack took place shortly after 1:00 PM near the Nir Tzvi junction, located close to the Tzrifin military base in the vicinity of Ramla. The terrorist targeted military personnel and was shot dead by Border Police.

Palestinian sources identified the terrorist as Muhammad Shehab, 27, a resident of Kafr Aqab, a northern suburb of Jerusalem.
