The police have released a joint statement with the Shin Bet regarding the arrest of a terrorist cell planning a "significant attack" against Israel.
According to the statement, four terrorists supporting the "Islamic State" were arrested. Two of them were planning an attack on security personnel at Teddy Stadium in Jerusalem.
During interrogation, they confessed to planning to use explosive devices and shoot at Israelis.
Following the investigation, preliminary charges have been filed against the four suspects, with an indictment expected soon.
