IDF operations in Khan Yunis result in 70 deaths, 200 injuries
The Gaza Health Ministry, a Hamas-affiliated organization, reported that on July 22, IDF operations in the Khan Yunis area resulted in at least 70 deaths and over 200 injuries, many of which are serious or critical.
According to the IDF Spokesperson's Unit, the 98th Division launched an operation in Khan Yunis after receiving intelligence that Hamas had rebuilt its terror infrastructure. The operation included air strikes and tank fire on terrorist targets.
Throughout the day, more than 30 terrorist targets were attacked, including the launch site of a rocket aimed at the village of Nirim. IDF aircraft targeted weapons depots, observation posts, tunnels, and buildings used by Hamas.
