Radio station Kan Bet, citing a source in Jerusalem, reported that the Israeli team's departure to Qatar for the next round of hostage negotiations has been postponed.

The Israeli negotiating team was scheduled to fly to Qatar on Thursday, July 25, but according to the radio station's source, the trip has been rescheduled for next week. On the evening of July 24, a discussion regarding the trip is expected to take place, likely resulting in a new departure date.

According to Kan's news service, Israel has not yet submitted to the mediators an official document with its proposals for an agreement with Hamas.

The Kan Bet source claims that the delay in sending the delegation is related to the postponement of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's meeting with US President Joe Biden, where Israel's plan and ways to advance it are expected to be discussed.
