Israeli Eurovision contestant Eden Golan to star in new series 'Quest'
Israeli Eurovision participant Eden Golan will play one of the lead roles in the teen series "Quest" from the creators of the show "Galis."
The new series, set to air on the Israeli channel TeenNick, part of the HOT network, follows an international competition on a deserted island. The island hides many secrets, including the mystery of the disappearance of one of the contestants' fathers. Golan will play a 26-year-old journalist covering the competition.
Following her Eurovision performance, Golan has been working on a new album in Israel and Los Angeles and has also become the face of the Fox clothing brand.
"Galis" is a popular Israeli sci-fi series that premiered in 2012 as a spin-off of the show "Dreamers." Seven seasons were aired. David Dahan and Ido Dror wrote the show's script, and Oded Raz and Aviad Keidar directed it. The main characters are teenagers who attend a summer camp called "Galis," where they must battle evil across different worlds and dimensions.
