Hamas rep in Lebanon: No hostage talks until full ceasefire

Osama Hamdan, a representative of the Hamas leadership in Lebanon, conveyed to the Qatari television channel Al Jazeera that currently, "there is no discussion of exchanging prisoners until the Israeli aggression comes to a halt."

Hamdan emphasized that the Qatari-Egyptian initiatives do not include provisions for "an exchange of prisoners alongside a month-long ceasefire."
