Syrian Ministry of Defense: IDF Air Force struck targets near Damascus

The Syrian Ministry of Defense reported another Israeli airstrike on targets in the suburbs of Damascus.

The Syrian state news agency SANA conveyed that the strike came from the Golan Heights, causing damage.

On the evening of January 1st, the London-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported that pro-Iranian militants shelled Israeli territory. The shelling originated from the Nawa area in the Daraa province. Two rockets launched from Syria fell in open areas, causing no damage.
