Reuters reports that officers from the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) and Hezbollah militants are overseeing the activities of the Houthis in Yemen.
They are leading Houthi attacks on ships in the Red Sea and providing military training, teaching them how to use modern weapons.
According to the same source, a group of Houthi militants traveled to Iran in December, where they underwent training at an IRGC base in the center of the country.
