Iraqi militants claim UAV attack on Ashdod
Pro-Iranian militants operating in Iraq claim responsibility for an attack on the port of the Israeli city of Ashdod using unmanned aerial vehicles.
In a statement, the Islamic Resistance of Iraq declared, "This is evidence of our determination to dismantle all enemy strongholds, our response to the civilian casualties in Gaza, and our contribution to resisting the occupation."
The Lebanese TV channel Al-Mayadeen, affiliated with Hezbollah, has released a video purportedly depicting the launch of drones attacking Israel. It's worth noting that the distance from Baghdad to Ashdod exceeds 1000 kilometers.
It is important to highlight that on the night of January 22, no sirens were sounded in Ashdod, and no explosions were reported.
