Houthi spokesman Brigadier General Yahya Saree announced an attack on the commercial ship MSC SKY in the Arabian Sea.

The Houthis claim that the vessel targeted belongs to Israel and was hit by a missile.

According to MarineTraffic.com, the container ship MSC SKY II was located in the Gulf of Aden 4.5 hours ago. The ship is registered in Liberia and is en route from Singapore to Abu Dhabi.

Yahya Saree stated in a press release that attacks on ships in the Red Sea, aimed at disrupting Israeli shipping, will persist until the "aggression against the Palestinian people" ceases and the blockade on the Gaza Strip is lifted.
