Hamas declares failed negotiations in Cairo
Senior Hamas official Bassem Naim informed Reuters news agency that ceasefire talks in Cairo concluded without reaching an agreement.
A Hamas spokesman asserts that the breakdown in negotiations is due to Benjamin Netanyahu's reluctance to reach a deal.
The statement contends, "Now the Americans must exert pressure on Netanyahu."
Meanwhile, the Al-Arabiya agency reports contradictory information, claiming that negotiations are ongoing.
It's worth noting that the Israeli delegation is absent from the Cairo negotiations because Hamas has refused to provide Israel with information on the number of living hostages.
