Saudi Foreign Minister warns of consequences if Israeli troops enter Rafah

An emergency session of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation was convened in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, to address the situation in the Gaza Strip and the humanitarian crisis stemming from military operations.

Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan warned that any incursion by Israeli troops into Rafah would lead to dangerous consequences.

He also voiced opposition to the expulsion of Palestinians from their lands.

The prince highlighted the escalating global condemnation of Israel's actions.

Moreover, he pointed out that an increasing number of states are contemplating the recognition of a Palestinian state.
