At least two people were injured in an incident during a maintenance operation at the Aftab oil refinery in Bandar Abbas in southeastern Iran, Reuters reported on Thursday, citing Iranian media.
Earlier, Iranian state news agency IRNA reported several people had been killed in the accident.
