Hamas: Israel rejects our deal offer
Top Hamas official in Lebanon, Osama Hamdan, held a press conference in Beirut on Wednesday where he said that Israel had rejected Hamas's proposals and continues to delay negotiations to hinder or sabotage them.
"The mediator conveyed to us on Tuesday that Israel's position regarding the proposal delivered by the movement is negative and doesn't meet the demands of our people and resistance. It even retreats from agreements previously presented to the mediators and conveyed to us through them, deepening the policy of stalling, which could obstruct the negotiations and possibly lead them to a dead end," Hamdan said, according to The Palestinian Information Center.
Yesterday, the Israeli delegation returned from negotiations in Qatar. The head of Mossad, David Barnea, who led the delegation, immediately reported on the progress of the talks to the war cabinet.
