IDF strikes on targets in Lebanon usually result in the deaths of Shiite Hezbollah militants. According to Hezbollah's data, more than 250 militants have been killed since October 2023. Dozens of militants from the Amal Movement have been also killed since October. Earlier reports indicated the deaths of militants from the local Hamas branch and al-Jama'a al-Islamiyya, a local branch of the Muslim Brotherhood closely linked to Hamas.
