The former head of the Commission of National-Security and Foreign Policy of the Islamic Parliament of I.R.Iran, Hashmatullah Falahat Pishe, criticized Russia's position in the wake of Iran's strike on Israel.
"All major world powers came to Israel's aid to mitigate the impact of the airstrikes. At the same time, Russia refused to provide Iran with the much-needed equipment," the politician said according to the opposition channel Iran International.
This is not the first anti-Russian statement by Falahat Pishe. After the invasion of Ukraine, he criticized Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi's statement expressing support for Russia.
