In Dubai, representatives from Israel, the United States, Egypt, and Qatar convened to discuss the reopening of the Rafah checkpoint.
A member of the Egyptian delegation informed Al Qahera News that Cairo maintains its stance on requiring the Israeli military to vacate the checkpoint on the Gaza side before allowing humanitarian aid into the Gaza Strip.
