Yemen’s Houthis announced that on May 31, the Iranian-backed group attacked an aircraft carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower and a US destroyer in the Red Sea.
In addition, it was announced that commercial civilian vessels MAINA, AORAIQ, and ABLIANI were attacked in the Indian Ocean and the Red Sea.
According to the Houthi statement, drones and missile strikes were used for these attacks.
There have been no reports of damage or casualties resulting from these attacks.
