On the evening of March 2, the leadership of the terrorist organization Hamas announced that they would respond "in the coming hours" to the mediators' proposal for a deal with Israel regarding a "prisoner exchange," the Saudi channel Al Arabiya reports.
On March 3, a Hamas delegation will hold a meeting with the mediators in Egypt to prepare a full list of hostages who are still alive.
As previously reported, representatives of Hamas and Israel are scheduled to arrive in Cairo on March 3 to discuss the terms of the deal with Egyptian mediators.
At present, no agreements have been reached.
