The New Delhi police have identified two suspects involved in the bombing near the Israeli Embassy. Currently, they are conducting an active search to find these individuals.

The explosion took place on December 26 at 17:20 local time when personnel were still present on the embassy premises. Initially, the police denied the occurrence of the explosion, stating they had only received a call reporting it. However, they later altered their account of events.

Israel's National Security Headquarters has issued a warning to Israelis in India concerning the risk of terrorist attacks. The headquarters urges Israelis to heighten their vigilance in public areas, particularly in New Delhi. It is advised for Israelis to avoid crowded places such as shopping centers, markets, and locations linked to Israel or Western nations. Additionally, heightened caution is advised in public establishments like hotels, pubs, and restaurants. Displaying Jewish symbols is not recommended.
