According to Ynet, Mossad, with assistance from the General Security Service (Shin Bet), the Israel Defense Forces, and various international organizations, investigated the activities of senior Hamas officials who initiated terrorist attacks globally—in the Middle East, Africa, and Europe.
"Thanks to the forces in Israel and beyond, a comprehensive picture of Hamas' activities has been revealed: details of the locations and targets of the attacks, as well as their perpetrators," the Mossad statement said.
The statement also highlights that information was collected on Hamas's intention to attack the Israeli embassy in Sweden; the purchase of drones, and cooperation with criminal organizations in Europe.
