Paris to host ceremony for French victims of Hamas on February 7
On Tuesday, January 16th, French President Emmanuel Macron announced that a ceremony will be held on February 7th at the Invalides to honor the French citizens who died on October 7th at the hands of Hamas terrorists.
Macron emphasized that 41 French citizens were killed in the Hamas massacre on October 7th, and three Frenchmen are still being held by terrorists in the Gaza Strip.
He stated, “We are working with the Israeli authorities and Qatar, which plays a decisive role in this matter, and other partners to seek their release.”
The President confirmed his attendance at the ceremony, which will be held at the Invalides monument to victims of terror, along with relatives of the victims.
