The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Mahmoud Abbas' government has appealed to EU countries to recognize the state of Palestine. This appeal was published on the official X-blog of the department.
The same appeal also urges the international community to hold Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu accountable for "sabotaging all opportunities for achieving peace."
