ABC News notes that official information on the decision not to impose sanctions on the Netzah Yehuda Battalion has not yet been made public. US Secretary of State Antony Blinken shared the assessment in a letter to House Speaker Mike Johnson, obtained by ABC News. The date of this document is not specified.
