A Berlin administrative court has dismissed a lawsuit brought by organizations such as Law for Palestine, "Palestine Institute for Public Diplomacy, European Legal Support Center, and others demanding a ban on arms exports to Israel.
The court ruled that the plaintiffs failed to prove that the deals in question would violate international humanitarian law.
Government representatives stated that each defense export transaction is scrutinized in accordance with humanitarian law.
