According to Reuters, a source in the US administration reported that the meeting between US President Joe Biden and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, originally scheduled for July 23, has been postponed by two days due to President Biden contracting COVID-19.

Netanyahu will be the first foreign leader Biden meets with after announcing his withdrawal from the presidential race. The agenda will include peace talks with Hamas, the Iranian threat, and other key issues.

Netanyahu will also meet separately with Vice President Kamala Harris, who is the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee. Harris is not expected to attend the congressional session where Netanyahu will deliver his speech.
